DaVinci Pro Staffing is an employment agency founded in Wichita, Kansas in 2016. We began our journey as a professional consulting company with agility as a core value. During this time, we provided project management, engineering, and lean/agile practice consulting at companies in a variety of industrial spaces. As a result, we became acutely familiar with the staffing business and felt a strong impulse to work in this space. While consulting was rewarding, it was very narrow in scope, and we wanted to have a larger impact. Consequently, we recognized that a change was necessary to fulfill our true passion; helping people to achieve their professional goals.

As our vision evolved, we shifted our effort explicitly toward the staffing and employment. We wanted to help individuals find businesses that aligned with their values and expertise. Simultaneously, we had a strong desire to help business leaders attract and retain skilled individuals who could help them achieve their business goals.
